NC Nails Esthetics Academy reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations regarding this event at its sole discretion, as deemed necessary and will notify the guests accordingly. All photos/videos taken will be used for promotional and educational purposes at the school's discretion.
By completing this application, competitors & models hereby waive any and all claims for loss, damage, injuries or liabilities of any kind, directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with NC Nails Esthetics Academy and any of its staff/members/guests.
